I took my 18-year-old son for a hearing test as his ears were blocked, and the service was outstanding. Rosie was absolutely amazing—cheerful, professional, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything. She made my son feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.
When I later called back to request a copy of the invoice, I was impressed that she immediately knew who I was talking about without needing my surname. Despite being very busy, they provide a truly personal touch, which makes all the difference. Exceptional service—I highly recommend them!

I was a bit dubious, but once I was inside the receptionist was so friendly she completely put me at ease. There was a set cost to have the wax removed from your ears, but because mine didn't need doing the charge was reduced.
Rosie was wonderful. She talked me through what she would be doing and what she would be checking. She was very thorough with her examination and answered all my questions with patience and in a way I could understand.
All in all it was a positive experience, and I would not hesitate to go there again, or encourage someone to go there too. It's nice to find a good old fashioned customer friendly company where you don't feel even slightly uncomfortable....well done to you all!

Very happy with the service we received from Rosie. She has now seen my husband and both my children and has been so helpful with all of them. Only one needs to go fairly regularly due to a build up of wax and he always feels so much better once the ears have been cleared. Highly recommend a visit if you are struggling with your hearing.

I got an appointment in a day or so. The service was good. Staff polite. Cheaper than Boots. Finding them was tricky. You have to up a lane that says private road but they are there. Will be using them again.

Rosie is incredibly attentive and kind. The service here is very friendly overall, which is always refreshing in the healthcare sector. I got immediate answers about my headaches being caused by my ears after they blocked on a flight, and they provided this in writing for my GP to help me get referrals. Excellent care for their patients.
