Got one of those fake you've been in an accident calls. Loads of similar reports online when you Google the number. They reply to these reviews saying someone is using their name which is possible, but how are they also using your UK phone number? Also quite interesting that none of the social media links on your website don't actually go to your specific company page, just to the homepage of each website. Also why do the hyperlinks to your terms of service and privacy policy not work? They just lead to "URL not found" Is that because you didn't bother writing that page? And why is your nature of business listed on Companies House as an Advertising agency?

SCAM business - Operating UNREGULATED activity in conjunction with Tellus Marketing - They employ 3rd party indian centres to "leadGen" on their behalf. They will then pass you to a UK centre to CLEAN and wash the data to gain the OptIn - Then they will send you to a lawfirm who will take on the case, in this instance it was Gray Christou & Co Solicitors - using OmniSign to send out the documents on their behalf. Swift are not regulated and therefore not legitimate - Their address should show you this, its above a takeaway shop LOOL - No successful company is staying above a shop so this should speak volumes! All directors of both firms have been reported to the FCA, ICO and Action Fraud with images of them being provided and their personal addresses. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND ONLY DEAL WITH FIRS THAT ARE REGULATED AND CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS WITH EASE

This is a rogue agent. I was contacted unsolicited by this company. The employee who called was named Parwad. I was informed that I have had a traffic accident in the last two years and that my details had been provided by RTA. I have not had any accidents. So I do not know where this false information if being gathered from.

this is scam. they called re a fake accident which did not occur. i asked for the claims handlers details so i could report him to the police. he said "report me to your mom".

According to the owners someone is apparently using their business to make unsolicited calls. Strange that it's using their registered number. Ignored and blocked the number.
