What a terrible firm, lying to me about not having “received” my emails or third party solicitor emails. They procrastinate their work and will have you waiting for months for a simple transaction that only should take a few weeks. My case is still ongoing with these crooks and I don’t see it finishing anytime soon. Caryn is rude and the worst solicitor I have ever come in contact with. Train your staff properly please and get ride of Caryn.

The firm and practitioner demonstrated very poor communication.
Extremely disappointed with the service received from this firm. They dealt with probate, but had to chase them up for progress many times. Some forms had to be corrected after errors were pointed out to them. Other concerns and issues also arose which were set out in a signed for letter, delivered on 28th November 2024. No reply or acknowledgement has been received to date.
