Having filled out the enquiry form on the firms website, I received a telephone call on a Saturday morning to discuss our case. We were already well into the process of appealing a decision to deny our daughter a student loan, so ultimately didn't use the legal channel, as that appeal was successful.However, the tone of the call was helpful, clear, and supportive, without being pushy. Hina Thakra is a superb solicitor . Infact she is one of the best solicitors I've ever used . I had a very stressful disrepair case that took months to settle. The exsperence was very stressful as I had alot of issues with my landlord . Hina kept me updated at all times and did not give up on my case . She was supportive very professional and very easy to get on with . Her tactics are exstreamly useful and her advice was always in favour for the best outcome.
