I'd give them a zero if I could, always making me jump through hoops to get a blue badge for my disabled son! You should be ashamed! I bet your doing this to lots of other parents / carers, because our lives are clearly not challenging enough 🙄

Horrific experience from adult social services. They lack any care or understanding, made dozens of assumptions without asking any questions and didn’t listen to anything that was said. Utter shambles! Waste of time and energy. Better off going straight to funeral parlour and buying your coffin then trusting this council to take care of you.

Great job with the overpriced holiday clubs for working parents £30 a day for one child!! 100s of HAF funded free places, though.. quite the equality you expect when you and others work hard for that funding to even exist! Also, for the MAJORITY of clubs, you offer to not accept children at all that do not have HAF funding so the children of working parents miss out on the opportunities other kids of low income families get, punished for our willpower and motivation!! Make all children entitled to these clubs like they deserve or at least be realistic with the costs!!

Have had to give a one star as you can't give zero stars I've not given them a review till now but enough is enough. These people have ruined my mother's life in her 80's they have taken away all her independence and self worth taking away her family who was caring for her and her home and put her in a care home and now taking away her pension without any communication with her family putting her in dedt with her bank and other things there is a lot more involved but would be here all day very disappointed and extremely upset with the treatment given they should be ashamed with them selves

Needed help with accommodation and whilst this process in itself is a lengthy headache, I had lost the info for my appointment due to mobile phone problems.

One quick phone call and Gayle was not only able to remind me of the time, date and location of my appointment but she went above and beyond and was able to remind me of my new phone number!

Once again big thank you to Gayle for solving my issues in minutes 🙂

access to supportive equipment denied
exposure to rubbish wiyh major health implications.
critical health checks stopped
home vaccinations for the immune comprimised and those that care for them denied
the right to complain denied
blacklisted if you complain
Access to community learning disabilities team denied
Access to integrated care critical for day to living denied
Acess to day centers onl;y if you hand over the care of the chronicaly sick and disabled to them.
why doesnt suffolk simply say what they are rely about.

Extremely disappointed with the service. We have been waiting for over an hour for a Social Worker to turn up to see my teenage granddaughter whose Mum died last week. We have phoned 3 times, held for more than half an hour, tried to do a webchat but would not let us type in our name and still we sit here waiting with no direct line to see whether Katie is still coming. Upset
