Jes helped us navigate through our move back to the UK in 2021 and getting our daughter through the very complicated SEN and EHCP process. She guided me through every step of the journey including narrowing down and identifying schools that would best serve our daughter’s complex needs and advocating for us at meetings. Her involvement and presence alone ensured that every i was dotted and t crossed. She has a wealth of knowledgeable about the entire process and is a great advocate. SEN families empathise with the intricacies and dynamics of our world and we typically go out of our way to support each other. Navigating the world of SEN in a new environment could not have been easy. Had the good fortune of meeting Jes from SWS. She held our hands from the beginning of our journey with EHCP, School Placements, meetings etc.... They understand the process and I really recommend their services.

I first approached Jes when the LA refused to issue an EHCP for our daughter. She was able to give amazing advice and write emails to the right people quoting the correct law, which the LA at time seemed to have ignored. These emails would have taken me hours and hours to put together and I certainly wouldn’t have known all the law to quote. She has saved us time and ensured we’ve got the outcomes our daughter deserves. We have since received an EHCP with 1:1 support and lots of other provisions in place. We still have a fight on our hands as the LA are determined to put obstacles in the way and delay decisions but without Jes we would not be where we are now. Highly recommend.
