Totally agree with all the positive reviews here. Cannot recommend enough! Price for level 3 survey was extremely competitive (cheaper than most level 2 quotes I had!). This initially made me suspicious that the quality of the report or the service would suffer. Though how wrong was I! Super easy booking & payment online. Was able to track the progress on their useful website, and received a clear an in-depth report within a couple of days. There was even drone images from above the house included in price! Paul was completely thorough and also swiftly answered another question I had after I received the survey. Totally exceeded my expectations, no negatives.

I've never ordered a survey before, but Stratful Associates made it super easy and straightforward. I placed my order online, gave them my seller's contact details and paid my fee. All I had to do after that was read the report! They arranged a time convenient to the seller, which was less than 2 weeks after I ordered, and the report was sent over 3 days later.
The report was very thorough but easy to understand. Paul provided recommendations throughout and attached pictures of various parts of the property he had inspected.
Based on his report, I have full confidence in my purchase going forward, and am now aware of issues I will need to budget for across the next few years.
In a stressful situation of buying a house, Stratful Associates made their part by far the smoothest process. I can't recommend highly enough!
