Are they even a legit company or just a department designed to prevent Veolia from having to pay for damage they regularly cause to people's personal vehicles. Never contacted me back and when I finally got hold of them, they said that they were "waiting for me to provide evidence"! Their driver, who hit our stationary car denied all knowledge so we are now stuck paying for the bill. This company is definitely not independent.

Well were to begin. Absolute shower of s**t company . A legal firm involved in claims management pretending to be insurers for they’re insured which they are not. Will refuse to give you their insureds insurance details. Will be friendly to start off with as soon as you’re persistent with them slam the door in your face then refuse to speak to you and only your insurance company. Rude, arrogant and incompetent staff Nia Morgan being one of them. Loose evidence then pretend you haven’t sent it so say won’t settle claim till sent so will have you run around after them doing there job. Will then agree to pay out then deduct VAT till provided with an invoice but don’t mention this to you. Absolutely p*ss poor. Will try and write your car off for a dent! You’re better off not contacting your insurance or them and just getting a court summons through a small claims court against their insured personally as you have no legal Obligation whatsoever to go through them. Or stand your ground don’t let them write your car off and ask for a cash in lieu payment. Avoid them at all costs absolute cowboys and a scam!! There reviews say it all! Not one good one!

A word of warning for anyone who has received a letter from this firm after an accident:

They will offer you their services in exchange for you not involving your insurance company. You are under no obligation to accept these services. Their primary responsibility is to their client, which in my case was Royal Mail, and they will seek to reduce costs to their client i.e. they will not be acting in your interests. They were very helpful when they first got in touch but then refused to speak to me once my insurers were involved - even to answer simple questions when they had not responded to my insurers.

My claim was handled by Auxillis and they were really great. It took a month for the process in total and 2 weeks for Strata to pay out after Auxillis had sent the engineer's report writing off my vehicle. When chatting to Auxillis one of their customer services agents said they get a lot of people who are hit by firms like Royal Mail, don't want to tell their insurance because they're worried about their premiums going up, so engage with firms like Strata but soon find the value of their vehicle is undercut, courtesy car difficult to arrange etc. I've just added a replacement vehicle to my policy with the no-fault claim on there too and the difference in cost is marginal.

Moral of the story, always go through your insurers (or their appointed no-fault claim service like Auxillis) to make sure you get the best deal, especially if the damage is extensive and the car may be written off.

Utterly incompetent, pointless and time-wasters. Veolia damaged our property over 7 months ago. Have heard nothing from Strata. Every time I chase (about every week to 2 weeks) I am informed the case is being escalated. In despair I asked for the name of head of complaints one Isabel Haynes. They said they take complaints seriously (ha) and she would absolutely ring me back that day 24th March 2023. Still waiting. Avoid this solicitor at all costs.

Very very dodgy! I would give them zero stars if I could. Royalmail driver hit my car deliberately and he has been reported for harassments several times and Royalmail only say sorry. They referred the case to this dodgy law firm, their solicitor is saying he had a witness but not showing their statement. I have videos and only shared one with them and I hope their fabricated witness statement match with the other video I didn’t share with them when they go to court. Oups! Messed up with the wrong person. I won’t even need the three witnesses who saw this. ?

Royal Mail hit my car in February and then drove off and these solicitors were assigned to help me. It’s now May - I am no further forward. Their communication is non existent and they don’t actually care about people.
I have now contacted my car insurance and sought separate legal advice.

Steer clear of these!!

Well what can I say, local bin van damaged my car .... filled in the form through my local council and was advised it was sent off ... after a year I had no reply nearly a 2 years later, a new car later they then ask for all the documents again which went with the car when sold ..... refused to pay out even though they agreed liability. As the other reviews stated they are fraudsters I am starting small claims proceedings now.
