Reluctant to post such a critical review but unfortunately feel it is well earned & appropriate . Unprofessional and discourteous …. Why? I made a new enquiry Monday - nil response. Chased them up - nil response. Chased again Thursday again patiently and politely requested a call back ; I was promised an urgent call back ; the call handler at Storrar advised me that this lack of response was not OK - still - no call Friday. A full business week not to return a new enquiry is shocking. Even to drop a courtesy email would be something. They take a very long time to answer the phone too. If they don’t want a private case, they should have the professional courtesy to communicate that. If they are understaffed, they should say so. I’d be embarrassed if that was my practice and how my business was being managed ….. I can see others have made complaints about poor communication. Yikes … if is this how these guys conduct their business for adopting new cases id hate to find out how poorly you were catered for once you’d invested time and money with them. I used Storrar a long time ago … they seem to have gone downhill (sorry).
