My paperwork came back incredibly fast.
However, I arrived for my 10:15am appointment at 9:45am, I called the mobile number twice and left a voicemail to indicate I was early, but waiting outside.

I called the mobile number at 10:35am explaining that my appointment had passed and I was still outside. I was then greeted by the door promptly and let in.

if I hadn't needed the apostille urgently, I would have left sooner, as it felt very unprofessional.

Steven was professional, and again, the paperwork came back swiftly. I'm just not a fan of standing outside a building for that long.
