They were supposed to be the trustees of Safe Hands Funeral Plans who went bust. They didn't have the funds as was indicated in our brochure. Information was vague and still attempting to resolve where the money has gone

Extremely bad experience, I'd like to say from start to finish but unfortunately it is still going on 18 months later and still no finish line. Unreliable, inconsistent, poor communication, 'out of the office' alot. Unfortunately no trust in what they say anymore from past lies and excuses.
