Miss selling, con artists, won't converse via email or produce documents that will back up your arguement to why you shouldn't be robbed by them as this is all in writing proof of this. They want to do it all by phone because it can't be recorded unless they give permission.

I had a query regarding my pay so rang up to find out if they had received my hours and when I would be getting paid. I spoke to a bloke called ollie on the phone who was very friendly and helpful and swiftly told me the answers i needed, he even rang me up on a follow up call once the money had been processed on his side to make sure it had all gone through to my bank. Top customer service, better than any other payroll company I've been with and I've been with a fair few.

Have to agree with all the poor reviews. I made a speculative enquiry with regards to using Sterling but decided not to go with them, they then hounded me relentlessly. I tried blocking their number but they still found a way to call me. When I called them to ask to remove my contact details, they told me they were in the middle of processing a payment for me, which is clearly untrue as I hadn't even signed up with them. Some members of staff are ok, others are shocking - would advise to steer clear.

Biggest crock of shyt. Trying to get hold of the office and after listening to what seems an eternity of gash music. It cuts off numerous times!! The fact that they take horrendous amounts of money off you is one thing but when there not paying it is another!!

After submitting this review I was contacted by the office which then made a big effort to rectify the situation and I satisfied that my concern was resolved in a timely manner, it is a shame it came to this but it does go to show that you can be heard and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you

Great company to work with.

All issues are resolved promptly so I don't know why people complain.
Give them a call and it will get sorted.

Sterling rewards give you nice discounts too.

Worst ever, if you have a single chance - stay away from them. So sad that I must give them a star, they don't deserve even one!!! Greedy, corrupt, rude, absolutely dishonest "company"! Costumer service work against costumers, hard working person have NO rights at all, but they are always right. Clients humiliation, disrespect and mega-profits are the three whales on which this scum-"company" stands!!! Hope they will be punished by the government soon, this outrage can not last forever!!!
P. S. Most of the good reviews looks very suspicious to me, in my opinion they are fake.
