Izabela and Karen dealt with our purchase and sale. Previous experience when buying a house was horrendous struggling to get in touch with solicitors and gain information but this time it was the polar opposite. Izabela was great at responding and kept us informed/answering the many questions we had throughout the process incredibly quickly. In a very stressful few months having a solicitor who you can contact and is competent makes everything that little bit easier and we would recommend 100%. Fees were also very competitive too!

We have used Stephensons twice now, once for a re mortgage and then for our house sale / purchase of new property. Izabela and Karen have been great both times.

Our seller used Stephensons solicitors in the house move. It was a simple sale with no chain and estimated to take 2 months.

Our solicitor really struggled to get the move going because of blockages from Stephensons. Slow replies and emails only contained half the information requested. We were told the representative from Stephensons refused to talk to our solicitor on the phone.

We managed to exchange 6 months later, with 1 day to spare on our mortgage offer, this was only because of our solicitors constant chasing.
