Can’t recommend for conveying services. Passed from pillar to post, lack of communication and left having to do much chasing. Delayed our completion date more than once for what we now no as avoidable reasons. It was our opinion that the professionalism lacked towards the end.
Previously used this firm (and a different solicitor within the firm) for a different matter and we could not have faulted that experience, it was professional, efficient and effective.
However the experience with conveyancing would lead me to seek alternative legal advise if it was needed in the future.
