Hilary was very professional and great attention to detail. Happy with the service on the whole. Only thing for me was that 10% deposit of sale price 5 days before and £350 originally to do searches. Arranging money transfers not as straight forward as it could have been and just adds more stress rather than transfers on Completion Day.
