While I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, I find myself compelled to share my recent experience with this company.

Regrettably, my interactions with this company have been nothing short of challenging. It often feels like pulling teeth to get things done, and I've encountered numerous errors in both my accounts and VAT returns. Their hurried approach to my end-of-year process resulted in overlooking several months' worth of income and outgoings.

What's more, they handled my VAT returns but filed them late, even though they had all the necessary information well in advance. These tardy filings have ended up costing me a substantial sum.

Adding insult to injury, they had the audacity to request payment after acknowledging their mishandling of my affairs.

In all honesty, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services. To further emphasize my concerns, I've also spoken with approximately 18 others who have faced similar issues.
