My partner and I recently used Stamp James to purchase our first house together. We were lucky enough to be allocated Sarah Smale, a chartered legal executive at the firm.

Right from the beginning of the process (max. 5 months in total - and over Christmas!) Sarah was nothing short of superb. Her communication was impressively prompt, thorough, and very regular. She was able to both reassure and inform us, often within the hour or at minimum by the next working day, guiding us through the process completely stress free.

It was important that our house purchase went through relatively quickly as the due date for the birth of our child is fast approaching; we have no doubt that it is due to Sarah that the process was quick and efficient. Fantastic! Worth every penny!

Kevin James was our solicitor for selling and buying. We were recommended him as a great local solicitor to Exeter. He was always there at the other end of the phone/emails and would answer any queries straight away. It wasn't the easiest process on both the buying and selling side due to specific issues but Kevin dealt with everything professionally and put pressure on the relevant parties throughout. Thanks Kevin for pushing our house move through so we were in our family home before Christmas and before our 2nd babies due date! 🙂
