What an amazing company, I've recently lost my parents, so having to go through selling their property (our family home) was an extremely stressful and emotional time for my sisters and I. Jill Campbell (Legal Secretary) was warming, polite and extremely attentive. I could ask her anything and it was all done with a smile. Adolfo Marquez (Solicitor) was very clear and explained everything in Layman's terms making the whole process smooth and less stressful. What an absolute credit these people are to the company. ET Law acted for us on the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new home.

Emma Gee did a great acting on both. She responded to all my emails really quickly and worked over and above her usual hours on our completion day to ensure we got into our new property following a IT issue that meant most banks were unable to send funds on the day. Thanks to Emma we were able to complete on licence on completion day, something we are very grateful for. She also helped to return early repayment fees to us promptly which was really appreciated.

I've given 4 stars and not 5 as sometimes we weren't fully clear on what was going on (we didn't tend to be updated unless asked) but I appreciate everyone at the firm is grappling with high case loads. If they could reduce the case load of their conveyancers I think this would help to provide a more tailored service.

I should have checked these reviews. ET Law was recommended by the estate agent (you pay more but get better service!?) but they have since revoked that recommendation due to slow service.

This is the second time I have now used ET Law and Natalie Shriane.
First time was the sale of my parents house and just recently to sell my own house and complete the purchase of our new home.
Natalie was just fantastic from start to finish. Super prompt, super helpful and friendly.

I had a terrible experience working with Natalie Shriane(working under Carol Sullivan). The only thing they were prompt about is getting the payment. I started my process on May 1st week. It ended just recently on July 26th with multiple pushes from my end and escalation to the point of contact who referred this ET Law firm. All the time they state that either the assistants are OOO or the conveyancing executive is OOO. Each query I raised took 3 weeks to get a response(without considering the delay from seller side). This 3 weeks is just their time window(just for forwarding the mail). I was literally shocked to know that they take a mail confirmation from the seller's solicitor side without asking for actual proof in certain matters. They dont forward all the documents unless specifically asked to. They dont respond for any mails and will assure to give a call back which you will never receive. I almost lost the sale as my sellers were agitated by the delay and I had to ask sorry for the only mistake of choosing them out of good will.
