When we had our valuation, Spencer was very transparent and realistic on market value, not over valuing like many other agents have done in the past. I dealt with Spencer and Graham who are very friendly, professional and knowledgable. What I appreciated the most was that they weren’t your typical pushy sales agents that I have come across with other companies. They were honest, helpful and helped the selling process be as smooth as possible, not putting unnecessary stress onto us during a multiple chain sale. We were looking for a quick sale due to onwards chains and managed to get an offer within days of going to market.
