I'm so glad we chose Spencer Elliott Property Law to support the purchase of our first home. Using a small local firm meant that we had so much more support, and things went much more smoothly, than a larger or online firm where there's no personal relationship. Victoria told us she always wants to make sure the phone is picked up and you get to speak to them whenever you try, and she was right. They were always so quick to get in touch, seemed to be on top of everything, and were happy to answer our questions. Their city centre location also meant we could just drop documents into the office rather than worrying about postage times. Precise, professional and punctual. I'd certainly instruct them again.

We had a lovely time using them for our first property. It's a small operation and it feels like a very personal service. Everyone was friendly, professional and a pleasure to speak to.

There were a couple of errors on our contract, but it all got sorted in the end. Overall it look 3/4 months to complete our purchase, I suspect it could have been done faster if we had been more vigilant about chasing, but considering we never even really chased Elizabeth & Team and they still got it done in the normal/average time scale, really speaks volumes about how they don't mess you about.

Didn't take us for a ride, were very thorough with their queries for the seller, got documents out to us quickly and always picked up the phone within seconds of calling - if we ever move I'll be using them again.
