I would give -100. My case is under the instruction of the director- Catherine Rattray, she has been the most unprofessional solicitor I've ever encountered. I have now had to get the SRA involved as its over TWO years and my title is incomplete, she refuses to respond and has not done any work on my file. She's is always in a meeting when I call, she responds to zero messages, said she was refunding me but instead ignores me. Im getting legal, she she should de barred.

Worked with the team on an auction property purchase. It was a short notice arrangement but from initial quote to completion the team have been impeccable.

If you’re reading this as part of your due diligence before employing your solicitor, I can perhaps save you some heartache. I could rant with documented evidence of incompetence, obfuscation and indifference. I’ll save that for Spectrum if they want to enter a public debate. Suffice to say I wouldn’t trust them to draft a shopping list or serve a parking notice. There is a reason they’re not on many mortgage providers approved list of conveyancers. Don’t be tempted to find out for yourself why.
