We have just completed on our second purchase with Sowerbys, this time with the help of lovely Lorna in the Wells branch.
She has been so accommodating and patient with a sale that went on a little longer than all of us would have liked.
She was very warm and approachable from the minute we met and answered any questions or concerns we had in a professional and prompt manner. It was a pleasure to have her support throughout this sale.
It was just such a shame we never got to see her when we picked up the keys yesterday. I know she would have been full of congratulations and it would have been nice to thank her in person.

Popped into Sowerbys in Wells-next-the-Sea a couple of weeks ago on a rather wet and windy day and was met with some good old fashioned customer service. The gentleman there, Julian, took my coat and hung it, then made me a nice hot cup of tea, all before we even started discussing properties and the current housing market. What a lovely experience.

I cannot recommend Sowerbys and, especially Lorna at Wells, highly enough. She exemplifies the service that Sowerbys provide, being both friendly but totally professional.
I have used the firm 4 times in the last 20 years, both for buying and selling property and have been very pleased on each occasion.
Communication has never been an issue, indeed, I have always found it to be excellent.

Having decided to sell our property and move abroad was an easy decision.
Finding an agent we thought was problematic, until we used sowerbys.
Their professionalism and attention to detail , along with understanding our needs and the housing market was key to our rapid sale.
We were on the market with a high quality brochure within a week and a sale agreed a week later at the full asking price.
Completion was just 8 weeks later.
