I would give them 0 stars if it would be possible. They are completely untrustworthy! I am still waiting for the payment for my car, even though the claim was closed two years ago. It was an unfortunate decision to choose them.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy! Stay away from them! I had an accident which wasn't my fault 2 years ago and I still haven't received the payment for my car from them. They requested me to pay for the recovery as well.
At the end I have been compensated with £300 for a month of medical recovery which is a joke and I haven't received the compensation for my car. I will take this case to the court

This company have somehow got my details and are claiming I was involved in a car accident 2 years ago - the car reg isn't even mine and I've never even been the area where I caused this supposed "accident". The first time I received correspondence I contacted Horwich Farrerlly lawyers who the letter was actually from, apparently it was an error on Sovereign Solicitors part, today I've received another letter saying I'm being taken to court over this apparent accident I caused. Again, contacted Horwich Farrerlly who said they've spoken to Sovereign Solicitors and already asked them to remove my details and they clearly haven't. Makes me wonder if both companies are trying to scam people together. I will be taking this further. Absolute joke of a situation

Unfortunately, we had an accident a year ago and we regrettably chose them for assistance. Since then, we have been unable to establish contact with them and they are completely untrustworthy!!! Avoid them!!

Been involved into a car accident which was non-fault in 2019 , sadly the other driver was uninsured but Shakib did his best to obtain the best outcome for myself.
Considering the circumstances I'm really happy with the service also he was very patiently as this was my first experience with an accident and the process.
