Contacted Sovereign Planning to make a Will.
Was contacted by an agent who explained how the process works.
Was told exactly what to prepare for the telephone consultation.
The process couldn’t have been easier.
Took about 45 minutes and a week later Will
Documents arrived for me to check, have it signed as instructed.
A simple process at a great price.
Have now recommended Sovereign Planning to my son.
As a matter of fact I had made a mistake on the original, phoned for replacement, asked how much, and was told that it was free!!

I was very satisfied with the service I had from Sovereign planning. You do have to pay in advance for the service and I was a little worried about that but I needn’t have been.
Everything was done very professionally and I have received my will and am happy with it. I would recommend Sovereign Planning.

Joanne was very helpful and explained things clearly. The only disappointing aspect is that Sovereign Planning are now producing Wills that look very basic just a few pages stapled together their their previous Wills looked more professional like the kind of Will that you would receive from a solicitor. It's just a shame that the final product has come out looking quite cheap and basic. Please return to the old style.

Shocking service, the will part was good but convinced me to take out the extra service for tenants in common. Charged nearly £1000 for this service. Since found out this service is free online to do this. They said it was to add the legal side to the will. An extra paragraph that is probably standard wording. Basically printed the sheet off Gov.com, filled in the details and posted it to us to sign. We then had to send it to the land registry and pay postage. That is the extend of Sovereigns dealings with the process, it comes back to us. Made all sorts of excuses to cover themselves. In the end said I could have my money back if I returned the will and deleted any negative reviews. I refused as people need to know they scam you for extra services. Draw you in with a cheap will and then add extras at over the top prices that cost them very little. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Made me chuckle as they sent me the link for this review after I have already done a review on Trustpilot, which they tried to get Trustpilot too delete by saying it's wasn't true. Trustpilot left it on as said it was a genuine review. They will reply to this reviews with some jumped up nonsense to cover themselves.

Having found out recently a will I thought I had made 12 years ago hadn't been recorded and so hastily I contacted Sovereign Planning.
They were very professional in the way the dealt with writing my will and what I should and shouldn't do.
Things went very well and there was a very good back up service.
My only criticism was the length of time I had to wait from an initial interview to actually record the will...nearly a month.

Your staff were excellent. They have the qualities to deal with me. The ability to understand and explain things to me appropriately and effectively.And also they have high standards of customer service. I may not hesitate to recommend Sovereign Planning to any family or friends.

I chose sovereign because I thought it was a good idea and somebody was local. So I went ahead with it and then there was a long pause of maybe I dunno 8 to 10 months. Apparently I was hard to get hold of, although I’ve always got my mobile phone and I have a landline and I’ve got email, so it wasn’t a great experience at all.
