Very disappointed with the service I have received thus far. A certain legal assistant (now a Billing Co-Ordinator) assured me that she would look at my cases and advise on how much to claim for. I kept her in the loop about the progress of getting all the paperwork together, but then she stopped communicating with me and when I E-Mailed her asking why, she said she no longer had conduct of my cases because I had left it too long to submit them for perusal. Not much help if one is Autistic then. I was told to make an enquiry and start again as my details had been wiped from their system. This was contravening the privacy policy and I E-mailed her to point this out and pass my request onto someone who could help me. This was met with silence. It left me wondering whether I could trust the service.

Useless as far as I can tell. Guy called Atif took my details regarding a housing issue, and then the next day sent me an email telling me he was concluding our business even though we hadn't even started. He wouldn't even reply to my follow up email asking what was going on. Probably because he wasn't being paid for it. Completely unprofessional, I wouldn't bother with them.

Shouldn't be trusted to represent vulnerable adults or anyone who's survived suicide.

Olivia Crowther Pulley is more interested in costs than fair representation.
No compassion or empathy.
Talking about sexual assult, this women just replied that she was very busy and had to bring the call to an end!

Arrogant and total incompetent. Cannot listen to the client, when they complain their “investigation” limited to their own files, not interested in facts and instead of helping the client they bullying them and after have the audacity to blame the client with the same!
Don’t send relevant support documents and cover letters to the client request and rather close ranks and holding back their own clients at all costs!
More importantly the charity status means that their donors cannot be challenged. Wiltshire Council found the way to cut people off…
DO NOT TRUST THEM! They are not worthy!
Wish I could believe if you pay, then they can do better, but the level of ignorance is beyond me, and as I see previous reviews I’m 100% sure they would not, cannot. Frustrating!

Avoid at all cost. They took on my case to only check the validity of my Section. I had to chase them up numerous times and it took 4 weeks for a solicitor to call me. This is because I threatened them with a complaint. They were paid for the work and I did not even get a definitive answer, because the solicitor was too busy to read my case.
