Merton Council led shared Legal Services for various local councils. The site is marked for housing with the offices due to move to Morden's Civic Centre. Legal services can be very expensive, provide only partial results costing more fees for legal intervention, the old (now moved on) head of legal services was unable to provide reasoning behind utilising audio from their meeting rooms to aid hearing meetings that residents had media had legal entitlement to attend and record.
