I've personally had a really good experience with this South Coast Payments and their services. After using other merchant services with not a great outcome, these guys really looked after me, gave me the best options to suit my business needs and truly brought that "personal touch" that's so hard to find nowadays. I'd recommend speaking to them, they really helped me, gave me a great deal and made me feel like they cared about saving me money. We had the Clover duo System installed at our Fish &Chip Shop.
Our install, was carried out by Eleanor, who helped set up the system with our menu, and adapting things to suit our way of working.

I’ve been a customer of South Coast Payments at Andy’s Fish Bar for over 10 years and I can honestly say that I’ve never had any problems or issues with them. Always at the end of the phone or email when needed. I would highly recommend them. I decided to steer away from the traditional banks in favour of a local business to get the service and it was evident from the off. Competitive rates too.

Oh I have PLENTY to say about how you mis sold me a 4 year contract on two machines knowing that I was in the process of trying to renew my lease. Your salesman failed to inform me that if I could not renew and had to cancel that I had to pay 4 years of payments . What an absolute con. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!

Four days since my only card machine stopped working, i am still waiting for a replacement. No one seems to be bothered except me and my customers.

Best decision I’ve made this year was switching over to South Coast Payments. Daniel made the switchover completely seamless, came out to install our new terminal and took care of our previous provider. He even helped us with our PCI. Definitely recommend!

Terrible brief experience with this company.
Review updated to clarify as the owner is happy to throw around "it's a fake review" for anyone that gives them a bad review.
Had a delightful experience with an employee who was talking on his phone while driving, then tried to force me off the road and slammed his brakes on on a roundabout to cause an accident.
I actually run a bonsai business and am looking for changing my payment platform and this is one ruled out with one simple encounter. I've also reported this to the police and forwarded dash cam footage.
Don't dismiss reviews from people as fake just because they aren't currently a customer...

We have been using South Coast Payments to provide our payment systems, banking provider, and security for said payment methods for over four years. Like any business there are always ups and downs but Daniel, Jade, Lauren, and the team are always on hand to help with any problems that have come up. Great rates on terminals and with there yearly review of banking I have struggled to find better anywhere else. We are now in contract for another couple of years and look forward to dealing with you for years to come.
