I regret to say that my experience with Solicitors' INN was highly unsatisfactory. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and competence displayed by the staff was severely lacking.

# Firstly, it was evident that the solicitor handling my case had little to no experience in the field. Their lack of expertise became glaringly apparent as they struggled to provide adequate guidance and support throughout the legal process.

# # # Furthermore, I was appalled to find that the solicitor conducted their office affairs with a child present. This unprofessional behavior not only disrupted the atmosphere but also raised serious questions about the firm's commitment to maintaining a professional environment.

In addition to their lack of experience and questionable office conduct, the solicitor exhibited bad manners and a complete disregard for basic courtesy. Their dismissive attitude and rude demeanor made interactions with them incredibly unpleasant and left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a client.

Overall, my experience with Solicitors' INN was nothing short of disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone seeking legal assistance to look elsewhere, as this firm falls far short of providing the level of professionalism and respect that CLIENTS.

Website says it offers free advice for 30 mins when i call they said no

There is not half star,otherwise I will gave that for web site efforts.

I have booked free 20min sesion for 3/4 times.
Never received the call.

After second time I called them and the lady she sai that the person is very busy and to call them next day.

Sorry I'm confused....I need to call them .....

So don't lose your time .....with free consultation.
Hope if anyone payd had good service.

At the moment I'm looking for others solicitors.
Unprofessional.
At least don't elude people with fake 20min sesion.
