We had an excellent half day workshop on 24th July 2024 reviewing our annual costs - facilitated and led by Jeremy Leboff, one of the partners at Sobell Rhodes. Nearly 4 hours carefully going through each major cost - and challenging us to really think about how this might be reduced. We had identified substantial savings by the end of the day AND had an action plan.
Lots of strategic advice and ideas - including the use of AI in different areas of the business.
