We were extremely happy with the house buyers survey provided by Brien and would not hesitate to use Snow Walker again or recommend them to friends.

The service provided by Brien was exemplary throughout, and we found him to be very thorough, professional and helpful. The people we are buying from also commented on the quality of his service, professionalism and how thorough he was in his survey.

The survey report highlighted any areas of concern, along with describing the state of all parts of the property surveyed. We should note that we also used Brien when buying our current house, which we lived in for 15 years, and found the survey to be very accurate and the points highlighted accurately reflected any areas of the property requiring attention.

Even post-survey Brien went above and beyond assisting with some follow up questions and advice which was greatly appreciated.
