Excellent, speedy conveyancing service from SMR Solicitors. My sister and I were joint Executors for my late mother’s flat in Swanage. We received a cash offer in late July and the buyers were anxious to complete the sale ASAP. SMR were very professional, keeping us informed every step of the way.
