Put no effort in my defence on my mobile phone offence, lost my job over it, then keep constantly harassing me over a small balance of £90 owed to them although I have paid them over £2000 when I had a job. As you can imagine when I had a wage coming in was easy to pay the balance. But being bombarded over such a small amount from a big firm when they didn't do the job right in the 1st place is beyond me. They are aware of the situation and still keep on. I haven't refused to pay by any means but all they seem to care about is the small balance what is actually now only £50.
