Never called back. Twice I called and was promised a call back yet nothing. Time wasters. If you can't trust a solicitors to call back why would you trust them with anything.

The worst experience I have ever had with a Conveyancers. The manger of the team left me high and dry, just as my house was about to go through to completion
Cold and calculated. No empathy.
Even though I got all the relevant documents they had asked for.
I will leave him to God.

David Smith I highly recommend! He assisted in out of hour services. Was very straight to the point, helped me understand the whole situation, and kept in contact throughout my ordeal! He said he knew I would get NFA, and after 15 hours, so I did.

Classical building with character, warm upon entry,

Seating available for waiting clients, well presented and friendly receptionist's.

Covid_19 aware (large screen to separate staff and clientele, face masks provided should a client forget one).

Only steps into building therefore Wheel chair access + child buggy would be tricky.

Private rooms out back, bare generally but spacious. Comfortable seating on hand.

All solicitors I have have had dealings with so far at the firm have been more than satisfactory and well versed on their chosen subject law.

Fair priced and transparent in their dealings with clientele.

Parking is a problem, paid parking nearby at the train station.

The firm are responsive and always kept me updated with the developments of the case.

Excellent solicitors. Have had terrible experience in other solicitors firms in our house move chain. Smith and Graham were by far the best of the whole chain! No issues will definitely use again if required

The worst solicitors I have ever been with I use these when Barrie gray was here but unfortunately he is retired now and the place shows Barrie was great but now it’s terrible the solicitor that came to the interview in the police station David smith I spent an hour arguing with telling me I’ve been arrested for some crimes which I knew I didn’t but he wouldn’t have it then decided to let them represent me at magistrates court and some one else turns up called Colin who was useless never said anything to defend me just said he agreed with the district judge to go to crown court and this cost me £600 for the privilege apparently useless firm do not go with I recommend Paul Watson solicitors in Middlesbrough absolutely fantastic smith and Grahame are money grabbing firm don’t care about you at all
