Unresponsive!!!
No-one to talk to !!!
You will only have quick response if you want to pay
If you have query phone numbers always have answer machine and after leaving message no-one gets back to you !!!
And why Slough is so neglected, dirty and full of homeles people sleeping in every door space ?
Absolutely nowhere to change your baby as public toilets are very dirty, broken ,missing lights
But yes , April is round a corner and there will be another pay riin council tax ,BUT WHERE IS THE MONEY GO!!!
Shame!! UK city looking like that ?!?!? Worse than 3rd world country!
Please let me know how we can stop paying for services that are not provided

Went in today to deliver something. The guard was absolutely rude and spoke in a disgusting manner. I approached him and said not to speak like that. The Google time says you close at 5pm. He continued to argue. But the lovely guy on the desk Hamza helped me. Thank you hamza I appreciate what you did for me.

One Of Worst Councils In The Entire UK!
Ignore People's Requests And Basic Necessities And Are Extremely Rude And Vulgar, Definitely Do Not Recommend Going To This Council, They Won't Offer Any Help Whatsoever And Waste Your Time!

Local town residents are routinely ignored. There is no help given and all complaints ignored. Every year it is the same thing. They only care about profits. There is never any peace as council deliberately schedule the loudest and noisiest machines to be used after 11pm where the noise restrictions occur. Since they are the council they seem to think it doesn’t apply to them. We have had lots of disturbances from 11pm until 6am with cleaning and road works and draining etc.

Tried calling their helpline and after waiting for an hour, an agent picked up, understood the problem and promised to help in some time. He kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then I was sent back to the main IVR. So back to square one 😢.

Worst ever council, behave like animals. I Was in band A since four and half years and finally evicted due to overcrowding but council doesn’t care about anyone as I experienced, and they completely ignored all my concerns and issues.

Horrible experience, no help at all.Documents been lost twice.Every single person was telling diferen storys,exuses . Sorry that I'm not Asian and I have just one child not 4 or 5 . I've been told to move to north where is cheep living and they helping just Asian families. It's looks like hellp gets just people who cleaning houses and gets money in cash not showing real incomes and don't work more then 16h per week, because they are to lazy to work or they have family who is working in council.I got a question:,,Dose staff got right qualifications to work there?,,

I want to commend our council’s Green Bin collection team and to say how pleased I am with their service. We live on main London Road Langley opposite Westwood Dental Surgery. Normally we put our bins on the pavement a night before collection. We are an elderly couple in our seventies. Last night we forgot to put our green bin outside. This morning we found out that the green bin collection team went inside our front garden, brought out the green bin, emptied it and put it back. And that was done without anyone asking them to do so. What a splendid service. I really appreciate it and salute the whole team. We have been living here for almost forty years and never ever had any problem with the whole rubbish collection teams. I can’t understand when people complain on things like rubbish not being emptied due to their own faults. Go on, give some credit to these collection teams for the hard work they do. Please pass on my thanks to green bin collection team for their understanding and going out of the way to empty my bin this morning. God bless them and protect them.
