James Dominic MCNALLY (SRA number - 317852) applied for a fake 'cost only' proceeding at Exeter County Court. An informal, private administrative procedure without voluntary consent nor delivery of a statute invoice is unlawful.
Furthermore, MCNALLY deliberately misrepresented the venue of the lower administrative court as the High Court Of Justice, Queens Bench Division.

A false lien is a document that purports to describe a lien, but which has no legal basis, or which is based upon false, fictitious, or fraudulent invoices, statements or representations. When used maliciously, the filer falsely submits a lien against their target alleging that the target owes the filer some sum of money for services NOT delivered. The lien is inexpensive (£55 Cost Only Procedure - Written and signed mutual agreement required but not in evidence) and relatively easy to file but, for the target, requires significant time and lawyers fees to be dissolved by a court.

G90EX002 issued by Exeter County Court but not formally registered by SLEE BLACKWELL SOLICITORS LLP as they had not delivered a statute invoice demanding payment.

The reason they didn't deliver a statutory invoice is because they abandoned the beneficial use of my legal title on short notice of a fast track trial after incurring £79,125.84 without my informed consent. SBS were ordered to cure their abuse of process by HHJ Gore QC on 12.12.18 but willfully disobeyed his direction.

SBS cost agent (KEVIN WARD COSTS ROOM LIMITED) sent an informal bill requesting an interim payment of £39,562.16 on 26 June 2019 otherwise they would issue 'detailed assessment' proceedings against me. My claim finished on 20 November 2019 after a 3 day trial against a global logistic corporation.

SBS claimed a success fee of £1,824.94 despite leaving me high and dry to go it alone against DHL SUPPLY CHAIN LIMITED.

James McNally and Elizabeth Duncan have been unable to disclose a G90EX002 Deed Of Public Trust because it does not exist. The private (PMA) proceeding at Exeter was administered by Mr Richard Lloyd Griffiths who is currently a full time District Judge.

Richard entered a default administrative CCJ in the sum of £105,494 on 24 June 2021. This was soon set aside by HHJ Gore QC on 16 July 2021. Nevertheless SBS registered the null and void CCJ for HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT on 13 August 2021. A writ Of Control was issued by an unknown Court Registry Officer despite there being no proof of a formally registered G90EX002 trust account on the public record.

If James McNally or Evilbeth Duncan are able to rebut these facts then they must do so. Furthermore disclose the G90EX002 Trust Deed, a formal statute invoice and the N434 Notice Of Change Of Legal representative which you have deliberately concealed despite your statutory duty to disclose them.

Beware of this 'registered firm', approach with severe caution.
