I have been working with Sintons LLP since the start of my case. They have shown a great level of commitment, engagement and profesionalism from day one- all the way through to the fantastic end result they were able to get me to. During the whole lengthy investigation process I was always treated with care and respect. I could call David Knipe anytime and he always answered or called back with the right advise. 1 star too much. Used these useless human beings for some conveyancing and their actions places us in breach of contract with the seller's solicitors. Also shared a string of comms between us and them with the sellers by mistake. Out of pocket by thousands after the utterly useless legal ombudsman somehow considered their appalling actions as just reaching the threshold of "service". Avoid at all costs.

Went with sintons for a personal injury case, they agreed to take my case on, only 4 MONTHS later they realised they also represent the defence, and would be a conflict of interest. How inept do you have to be that you can't figure that out when deciding whether to take the case on or not, working on the case and collecting privileged information for months on end, to then drop the client as you couldn't do the most basic checks before taking a case on and wasting 4 months of my time that I could have used to see my claim through

We had an awful experience with Sintons. Long story short, we purchased a property and due to an error by Sintons we were in breach of contract - over £2,000 out of pocket. They also accidentally shared a load of email correspondence between us and Sintons with the sellers of the property, causing a huge amount of embarrassment, and to which the legal ombudsmen ordered them to pay compensation to us as a result. Quite literally the worst solicitors I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs.
