Following a personal accident where I tripped and fell due to a missing channel gulley in a car park, I contacted Simpson Millar Solicitors. They were very efficient at the start, although I noticed I was being passed between different solicitors initially. Eventually, I was assigned a consistent solicitor, Amy, who was excellent throughout.

Amy was very efficient, kept me updated regularly via email, and sometimes arranged phone catch-ups to discuss progress. With her guidance, the entire process was straightforward and well-managed.

Overall, I am happy with the outcome and would recommend Simpson Millar Solicitors based on my experience.

DO NOT USE - it has to be the most incompetent, unethical and useless firm I have used in respect to there education department - they have no clue and the application for an EHCP was only successful after our personal intervention and emails to our local authority as the ‘solicitors’ they use posses no logical sense. USE AT YOUR PERIL.
