Like many solicitors & the British legal system, the case took just under 7 years to settle. It was also frustrating that several different solicitors took over the case, each new solo were were clueless to my case, which meant time & time again I had to run through the whole thing to bring them up to speed. It was a relief when it finally came to an end & with the “no win no fee”, it did mean a huge chunk of compensation was charged. But it was good to have a positive outcome in the end.

All the staff were excellent very helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. They put us at ease. Things were done when we we're able to do them. Meetings arranged around our availability. Our solicitor was so friendly and caring and helpful each step of the way.

Very professional, knowledgeable and approachable staff. I was very happy with all dealings with EAD and would happily refer friends/family/colleagues whatever their needs.
