As a first time buyer who was desperately looking to buy a house and get the keys asap, I made the right decision by choosing Simpson & Duxbury. I can’t get over how we managed to complete in 4 weeks exactly in 2021, the house market was booming, at its peak with everyone purchasing and I managed to get my keys exactly 4 weeks after instructing my conveyancer to proceed on my behalf. Clare was my conveyancer and she was so professional and always responded to calls or emails to put my mind at ease. She always answered small queries and it’s that sort of stuff that makes the process so much easier for a FTB.
