AVOID this complete scam of a company! Give you a ‘no hidden fees quote’ then add £600 on at exchange. The solicitor we had was absolutely useless. Have asked the complaint’s procedure and just been ignored. Although one lady I spoke to after finding her number on these reviews said ‘sometimes people expect too much help’! As a first time buyer they completely ruined the experience of buying a house! I will be taking them to the legal ombudsman with the hope they don’t get the chance to scam anyone else!!! Over £3000 and 6 months to buy a house with no chain!

All in all professional & polite. Was not overly happy with how long the transaction took it seemed to go on forever so I would say they needed to be more aware of timing. I bought a flat with no searches, survey or mortgage required and it’s taken 17 weeks! Crazy amount of time. Not all simply’s fault but I did feel they weren’t speedy with their work. But overall yes good portal once it eventually worked. Not crazy about the company have received much better service from others but they were recommended by the estate agent.
