I cannot recommend Simple Cremation Ltd service highly enough. From the moment I contacted Leanne she showed the utmost professionalism and sensitivity. During such a challenging time, she provided a seamless service, making everything as easy as possible. Opting for a direct cremation, Leanne was incredibly compassionate, addressing all my worries with sensitivity and clarity. What can I say but a massive thank you. i was unsure of how this would work for us. but my husband had insisted on low key cremation and no fuss. After he passed, Leanne was recommended to me. if Steve would have known, where he was laid to rest, he would have been so pleased. its all that he loved. simple creations took away any stress. Steve was handled with dignity and respect throughout. Everything we wanted, even to the playing of the Rolling Stones whilst he was getting dressed. at the time of his cremation we went to my daughters, lit candles and chatted and reflected. and i do know that lots of other people lit a candle at the same time. When Leanne brought me Steves ashes, again respectful and no chasing. Its actually making me rethink my wishes, thank you once again.

Leanne is an exceptional individual. She has such a high moral standing. I could not ask for a more caring and considerate person to look after mum. She took extra time with my dad, getting to know mum as a person so that she could put the most personal arrangements in place. This was a huge comfort to my dad. Leanne also helped us with the Funeral expense application which was also a great help. A cremation will always be a difficult experience, but Leanne made it so much less painful. I cannot thank her enough.

If I could choose more then five stars we would! Leanne and her husband gave my Mum the most perfect send off. From the very beginning, Leanne was always available to answer any questions or worries with such compassion, she made the effort to get to know us and who Mum was and treat Mum with the utmost respect. Every request was met with enthusiasm, it was never a hassle or too much, Leanne did her very best to fulfill our every wish for the day. The service went perfectly, Leanne read our memories out with empathy and so many commented on how she sounded like she knew Mum and how she read with emotion. Alot of my family now wish to use Leanne for their own funerals, as I intend to. Leanne took the pressure off us by organising our flowers, and the total cost for everything was a fraction of what you would pay in the big funeral directors, and the service was so special and personal it seems very underpriced to us! Thank you so much Leanne, I hope your business is round for many many years, we need more honest, caring and compassionate people like yourself in the market at times like this,we are forever grateful! Really could not fault this funeral company. From start to finish, Leanne could not possibly have been more professional, compassionate, efficient and generally just the perfect person to deal with a sensitive situation. And as if that wasn't enough, she also delivered the service absolutely beautifully.
Whilst you don't get all the fancy extras with it being a 'simple' cremation, there is certainly no shortfall in the level of customer service you get from this company and if anything it felt a lot more personal. We really couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely use again.

Leanne was perfect arranging my Dad's funeral, just as the reviews said. From the onset as soon as I heard her voice , I felt immediately calmer -especially needed at such a difficult time. She traveled from Hull to Nottingham to meet the family, gained an insight into Dad's life and delivered a wonderful service.
