Had the 'pleasure' of facing Alison Rolf from this firm during court proceedings. In initial email contact before court didn't believe they were real solicitor firm - was forwarded hastily scanned documents stating they were acting for other party - as a result didn't engage with solicitors until court. In interim hearing solicitor lost their case and court sided with me. As I had no solicitor representing me, silverback solicitors had to write up documentation which was full of ambiguity and needed multiple revisions from me to clarify.
6months later, one week before final hearing they emailed me to state they were no longer involved with case and letting me know to 'give me time to prepare the final bundle pack' - at least it wasn't one day before final hearing.

Overall pretty poor experience with them

Edit: Firm owner says Alison Rolf does not work for the company. What they mean is Alison does not work for the company any more

Silverback Law has been absolutely terrible to deal with. They refused to listen to my side of the story and instead pushed ahead with aggressive legal tactics that caused unnecessary stress and harm to my business. Their communication is non-existent, and they showed zero empathy throughout the entire process. I would strongly advise staying away from them if you’re looking for fair and reasonable legal representation!

*AVOID

This rogue firm put a CCJ against me even though I had made a prior financial arrangement with the lender. MOLLY ROWE and MICHELLE were completely spiteful, rude and obnixious when dealing with this case even after the CCJ was paid. Complete lack of care and treated me like any other number of people they couldn't care less about

Aggressive tactics and should be shut down with these type of practices!

Horrendous! Trying to pay a debt and have now been handed a CCJ the numbers I have been given just ring off and cant get through to no one..........Update my original review was left 2 years ago it is now 07/01/25 and i have just recieved the below reply. Not bad only took them 2 year to reply. Top firm eh?

this company are awful no one answers the phone and no one emails you back. i have told them today that if if i don’t get correspondence that i have paid i will contact the ombudsman, bbc news and itv news. there is a reason why the reviews are terrible this company should not exist. RIP of Britain 💯

I'm just not happy with 1 star. They should receive 0 stars. Very rude and they charge you even for calls
