Choosing Silk was a stab in the dark! As an unmarried cohabitee with joint children and no name on the mortgage I was on tenuous ground unaware of the legalities, if any, and my rights.
Diligent to the core, Wayne spotted something amongst the random paperwork I took on my initial visit which proved to be of some significance in the final decision-making and….so began the journey!

I have sadly had a terrible experience with silk family law. They have shown inexperience, a money orientated nature & lack of knowledge. Especially during one of the toughest situations of my life, they made it all so much worse. Zero strategy or guidance was given at any time througout the case yet the invoices were sent every month on time with all the trimmings, which may i warn was often not accurate & charges were removed when pointed out so be cautious. I do not trust them & have spent most of my case fighting my own solicitor wayne lynn his junior eve bentley & secretary danielle clarkson instead of him fighting the opposimg party. It has been quite a joke to say the least. Now they are holding my files hostage since i have instructed a more competent solicitor from London. Use with caution

Exceptional service. They stepped into my case part way through and from the first hearing they represented me the situation improved. Meticulous in their handling of the paperwork and compassionate in their handling of the situation. In matters of the family you want the best and that comes at a premium which is well worth paying, to have the best at your side.
