Overall the service delivered has been professional although the Covid situation has made certain aspects more complicated.
The fees have sometimes seemed high bearing in mind that we have relied on email rather than face to face meetings or telephone calls. Delivery and collection of paperwork has sometimes been delayed.
Many documents have been emailed rather than posted as hard copies which appears lazy especially as the fees are always substantial. Perhaps I am a little old fashioned in this regard
