We'd heard great things about Sheffords' house surveys and were not disappointed.

Ed did our survey and was incredibly thorough. He uncovered several things that the previous buyer was very fustrated about because his surveyor (who had done theirs only a couple of years previously) never spotted.

The resulting report was comprehensive, clear and helpful - and enabled us to successfully negotiate a fair price for the house.

I have recently had a level 2 House Survey by Sheffords Sevenoaks. They have been absolutely excellent to deal with and all the staff I dealt with were extremely professional highly competent and friendly.
Louisa carried out my survey and it was insightful and comprehensive and of great practical value. I also spoke with her to clarify a few issues and she again really added value.
