I don’t leave many reviews, but I can highly recommend Sharman & Son Solicitors. Peter couldn’t do enough for us in what ended up being a rather tricky transaction. Peter’s local knowledge is second to none, and he explains things in a calm and clear way, especially for someone like me that doesn’t understand legal processes. Peter Sharman was our conveyancer for our first-time house purchase over the summer and we could not have been more impressed. Having completed today on a very tricky and time consuming property and legal matter I cannot put into word's how pleased I am with the level of service and professionalism shown by Sharman & Co solicitors and in particular Ray Melia. I was helped far beyond what I would deem the normal realms of service expected would be. Simply put without them I could have made errors but they made sure my interests were protected at all times leading to a very satisfactory conclusion. I also liked that during my dealings with them I was made to feel I was important to them and not just another client on a list. If I was able to I would offer a review in excess of 5 stars!!

Exceptional work from Mr Sharman himself as he helped us in completing on our new build first home. His advice was superb with respect to the help to buy government loan, stamp duty and other formalities as part of this process. Never struggled to contact him and he worked with us throughout the whole process, keeping us updated and informed along the way. Top guy and couldn't recommend enough.
