Cannot rate these guys highly enough! We tried a different cheaper estate agent to begin with. The service was poor. Matt at SQ matched the price we were paying the other firm and took over the contract. From there everything was brilliant. The photos were better The marketing was better and we felt that we were involved and consulted throughout. They arranged numerous viewings and guided us through every step. Because of the trust that I had in Matt, Paul and the team I also used their conveyancing service. Again they weren’t the cheapest out there but were well worth it. When things started to get delayed Matt intervened and was contacting the solicitors himself to chase things up. If Matt wasn’t available Paul would step in. Both were so personable and friendly and we genuinely felt like we were their only client due to the personal service and interaction. They were supportive, well informed and know their business but it is the personal service that really sets them apart. That level of trust that you want and need in a process such as buying and selling a house. That feeling that you can call them anytime and that they genuinely have your best interests at heart. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sharman Quinney to anyone and were I to move again I would not waste any time with any other estate agent. I would be contacting them directly. Sophie Mason was helping me to get my mortgage and insurances as well. She was very professional, very flexible with my work schedule and had a lot of patient to me because I didn’t have any relatives to explain how a property buying is look like. She explained everything, we talked through everything. Gave me a great offer, I was very pleased with it. Excellent service, I only hope when my 5 year fixed rate mortgage deal will expire she will be still there to help me out. Thank you Sophie once again and sorry for the late review.
