Nathan was wonderfully supportive throughout an emotionally challenging process - calm, clear-sighted, professional, well-informed and empathetic, he listened carefully and adapted his thoughts in tandem with my wishes to achieve the best way forward throughout the process. I always felt reassured that he was in perfect control, and so it proved - arriving at a successful outcome that really pleased us both by gaining planning permission on two plots despite considerable opposition from neighbours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and SF Planning.

We worked with Becky at SF Planning on the planning permission for a new build house on a prominent site in Cheltenham. She was superb - the help, advice and effort through the process lead to a positive result and all within the 8 week consultation period. This was a difficult site with multiple issues and considerations, all of which were calmly dealt with by Becky and constructively defended to the end. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Becky and Nathan submitted the listed building consent application for the upgrading work to the client's listed agricultural barns for their existing use. As the local authority forgot to process the application properly after validating it, the application was delayed and SF Planning had to make appropriate representations. Although a small extension of time was requested, the application was approved eventually so the desired outcome was achieved.

We contacted SF Planning after our first planning application for an extension to our Grade II listed house was rejected. Nathan advised us on some design changes that he felt may be viewed more sympathetically and helped us understand the planning process better, providing a strategy to help our application in the face of likely further rejection. He re-wrote the planning application in a clearer and more helpful way for the council to review and was very happy to take on board all our thoughts and concerns.
