I first saw Maria in November 2024, a couple weeks after the final straw in a series of back, neck and left shoulder issues. I was in so much pain during the assessment, hunched over slowly hobbling and I could barely move or twist my body in any direction, genuinely believing I’d feel and be that way forever.
Maria took such good care of me and crafted a treatment plan that achieved virtually instant results!
Alongside intense physiotherapy and pain management, my quality of life over the last year has greatly improved and I know I can count on regular checkups with Maria to keep my spine and neck moving and feeling great.

The reception staff have always been so kind, friendly and helpful and they remember all kinds of small talk tidbits from appointments weeks ago which feels so lovely and really humanising!

I have had treatment over the past six weeks with Veenah who diagnosed straight away the issue I have with my back. The therapy she has carried out included massage and acupuncture and the results have been fantastic. I cannot recommend the clinic and Veenah highly enough.

A really well set up clinic. Good road access and easy parking make for stress free arrival and there is always a cheerful professional welcome. Elena is quite simply the best massage therapist I’ve visited and has made a huge difference to my stiff shoulders and upper back. Her release techniques are incredible!

I have been using the clinic for a while now and have weekly treatments with Vicky. She is so friendly and really makes me feel comfortable and well looked after. My treatments really help with my MS symptoms, she always explains everything really well and listens to how my body is feeling. I would highly recommend Vicky and the clinic. I've been coming to SCC for nearly a month now for an ongoing neck and back issue that has caused me issues for the last 6 months. In just a few short sessions with Dr Maria, my neck and back are feeling so much better. I couldn't be more happy with how I'm progressing and will continue to see Dr Maria on a regular basis to ensure, as best as I can, that no long term issues arise. I would also like to put a shout out to Penny, who has been absolutely lovely. Always friendly and very accommodating too. I can't thank the practice enough. Highly recommend if you have any issues.

Vickie has given me stretches and exercises to help build and sustain mobility with the joints.

My care was carried out by Vicky who is an excellent practitioner - she demonstrated genuine interest in my issues and adapted her treatment plan with professional consideration and some creative thinking. He is always patient and helpful, taking the time to explain things, I would not hesitate to recommend him. I also see Elena Miller for massages who is also very good.
