A wonderful experience since meeting Jayne, over a year ago, really helped me manage my anxiety and combat my overthinking! Friendly, kind and very easy to talk to, would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a counsellor to help with all sorts of mental health issues they may be dealing with.

I have worked with Jayne for the past 9 months and can honestly say she has helped me through some of the hardest periods. She has given me coping skills for both my professional and personal life which has changed the way I deal with things. Jayne makes counselling less scary and tailors each session to your needs and really takes her time to get to know and understand you. I recommend her to all my friends and family as I don’t think I’d be where I am now without her helping me deal with everything I had been through. Thank you!

I have had 3 months of therapy sessions with Jayne and I am happy to say she has helped me in so many ways, I genuinely feel like a new person now. She is understanding and relatable and listens to everything I have to say and helps me make positive steps to better myself. She does not judge in any way and has made me laugh countless times when I needed it, which I really appreciate. She said herself "therapy doesn't have to be miserable" and she has made it a joy and I look forward to our sessions every week. I truly believe that the help Jayne has provided to me has changed the way I treat myself for the better and has changed my life and will continue to do so.

Jayne is a friendly down to earth wonderful counsellor who has helped me massively in just a short period of time.
She helped me work through a handful of things I was really struggling with and without her help and the kind way she helped me realise what I could do with these problems I think I’d still be stuck. So to anyone who is thinking about getting some help then look no further. Jayne is going to be my go to therapist from now on should I feel I need her again. So Thankyou for getting my life back on track again. ☺️
